Volunteers NEEDED for May 20010 Fundraising Efforts

PLEASE consider helping out!
We REALLY need the money and we REALLY need the help!

If there are any last minute takers, we only had one (1) volunteer to sell food at the SHOE event this Saturday! Let me know ASAP if you can help!

Tuesday - May 11, 2010 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Township Grill Fundraiser
We need as many people as possible to act as host/hostess, wating tables, busing tables, etc.
The USERL will get 25% of food sales and 100% of tips for the evening.
If you can not volunteer, be sure to tell all of your friends and come out to eat and support the USERL horses!

Friday - May 14, 2010 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Animal Art Show
Downtown Mooresville in conjunction with the Mooresville Art Walk
We need a lot of volunteers to pull this one off.
Here is a chance for all of our volunteers up North to help out! Should be a fun evening.

Saturday - May 22, 2010 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Lawnmower Races in York, SC
The USERL has been asked to help out as a benefiting charity for the day's lawnmower races.

Just a few hours of your time can help the horses tremendously!
