Valentines for Sarge

Starved to the brink of death, Sarge was rescued by the USERL in the nick of time. He wore an embedded pony-size halter that scarred his handsome face, he had an untreated barbed wire laceration on his leg, and he had lost the vision in his right eye due to an untreated injury. One year later, this fine old gentleman has gained approx. 600 lbs., his wounds have healed, and his coat is gleaming with good health and vitality. He recently appeared at a costume party fundraiser for the USERL, dressed as a pirate with an eye patch, where his happy disposition charmed the audience.
